At this stage, we want to reassure you we have a thorough business continuity plan in . This plan has been fully tested to allow business operations during situations like this. Our main office location will remain closed for the next several weeks at 113 E Main Street in Front Royal, but our team is fully operational on remote telework basis and available to work as usual. On-site visits / emergency service calls will be evaluated on a case by case basis with proper sanitization procedures before, during, and after physical visits to client locations.

The same continuity measures extend to our data center partners, Continuum, Datto, and Intermedia, who are putting plans in place for their staff to work remotely if needed. It is our priority that your data remains safe and securely backed up at all times.
