Remote Monitoring

Are you ready to say goodbye to network and computer issues with our remote monitoring solution?

We know how frustrating it can be whenever a computer, a printer, or your server goes down. Work takes a back seat as you scramble to try to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. When a widespread issue hits your network, productivity across your organization can grind to a halt, preventing people from completing their daily tasks, which adds to the cost of operations, on top of the cost of repairing the problem.

With Queen Consulting and Technologies remote monitoring service, you won’t have to worry about that again.

Our Proactive Approach Improves Your Productivity

With our managed IT services, you’ll enjoy the benefit of a full team of IT specialists keeping your systems in excellent working order. For a fixed monthly fee, we monitor your systems 24/7, apply patches, ensure backups, keep viruses at bay, and perform a host of other proactive measures. Little problems don’t become big — and expensive — and in most instances, you won’t even know there was ever an issue.

How we approach the monitoring process.

Our proprietary monitoring software runs in the background on your PC/MAC workstations and servers. Hardware, software, system, and custom alerts are triggered when an abnormality arises, sending a notification to our team. A ticket is automatically created and assigned to our support team for investigating (and resolving) the problem.

Utilizing our LogMeIn professional tool, our team can connect into your computer, quickly fix potentially critical issues, and reduce frustrating communication breakdowns between staff and technicians. Our affordable and fixed price Remote Monitoring service helps prevent more serious problems from occurring. Please note, our remote monitoring software cannot magically prevent unexpected hardware failure (like a hard drive or motherboard failing due to mechanical/electrical failure/damage), but it can provide us early warnings when such data is available.

How often have you ignored Windows updates, or patching?

Those pop ups telling you “It’s time to update your computer” can be annoying, but they are a first line of defense. Everyday hackers are hard at work developing new viruses, malware, worms, and Trojan horses to infiltrate your network. They do this by exploiting holes in your software’s code to gain unauthorized access. Patches are designed to fix these vulnerabilities, but they are only effective when they are applied!

With our remote maintenance solution, we take care of all the essential maintenance that your computer systems require and you don’t have to deal with annoying update reminders.

Z

How we approach to the maintenance process.

Configuration profiles are set up on your computer workstations and servers where we keep track of the important information about the computers and devices you need managed; such as what type of Operating System it uses, software license information, anti-virus information, specifications of the machines, and user information. Whenever new updates are released for any of your hardware or software, it sends a notification to our NOC (Network Operations Center). We then schedule the updates or patching to take place at a time that works best for your business, such as after business hours. This ensures that staff has an updated and secure computer without any downtime or unplanned restarting.

Save time. Save money. Save the headache.

We handle the IT problems you don’t understand, so that you can focus on what makes you money.
